Upbra's Guarantee

We're confident that your Upbra® bra will fit great and make you feel amazing, or we'll make it right. If the size you receive does not work out for you, we are always here to help; included in all domestic orders is a prepaid return label for your return until you get the right size. Make sure the center cleavage control straps are unhooked and bra/swim straps are included for all returns or you will be charged for a restocking fee for damage, missing parts, or signs of wear. For refunds, it will be issued back to the original credit card. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship out exchange(s), and 10 business days for a refund to process through from the date in which it is received. Items marked as Seconds/Slightly Imperfect Upbra® bras are not eligible for a refund. For More information, click here.



Are my items in stock?

We are doing our best to manufacture Upbra bras & swim tops as quickly as possible. Generally, if you order an item on our web page, it should be in stock as long as it states it is in stock. If an item is not in stock it will indicate that on our web page. If you order an out-of-stock item, we will email you the expected ship date. There is never an extra charge for shipping of back-ordered items. After your order ships, you will be notified by email.


What if the item I want is "Sold Out"?

If an item is out of stock, you can still select the size in the drop down menu. You will see a link that states, "Click here to get an email when it's in stock!". Just click on that link and follow the instructions.

As soon as that item is back in stock, we will email you.


What about back orders?

If you place an order and it becomes out of stock before we are able to ship your order, we will email you.

Once the item is back in stock, we will let you know.


What are my payment options?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover online. You may also place your order by printing our order form and mailing it to us with a check or money order enclosed. Please be aware that orders placed with personal checks require an additional two weeks to process.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

How to Place an Order to ship to Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Norway and United Kingdom(shipped via USPS):

    • Select the item you want to purchase on the "Shop" page, and following the instructions to checkout.

How to Place an Order to Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and UAE(shipped via UPS i-Parcel):

    • Select the item you want to purchase on the "Shop" page.
    • Then on the next page, select your country's flag in the top right corner of that page. See example below:
    • Next, select the size and quantity you would like to get and when done click on the button, "Add to Bag".
    • Then click on "Continue Shopping" to add more items to the bag (if you want to add more items).
    • When you're done adding all the items you would like to purchase to the bag, click on "Checkout" to complete your purchase in the UPS i-Parcel's (our international shipping partner company) secure checkout page.

 

How to Place an Order to all other countries(shipped via Global Checkout):

    • Select the item(s) you want to purchase on the "Shop" page and then click on "Add to Bag" to add all the items you want to puchase into your shopping cart.
    • Proceed to checkout when all items you want to purchase is in your shopping cart by pressing "Check Out".
    • During checkout, click the "Click Here to ship via our courier service partner if your country is not listed." link under "Expected Delivery". See example below:

You will receive your email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.

When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock orders are shipped out 2 business days after purchase. During the holiday season, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to process. Upbra bras & swim are new products and due to the unexpected demand, stock is still limited.


How long does shipping take?

US SHIPMENTS:

• Shipped from our facility to you directly via USPS (United States Postal Service).

• Most shipments arrive within 5-8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Most international countries -

    • Shipped via our courier partner UPS i-parcel

    • Most shipments outside the US arrive within 9-18 business days

    • Shipment prices vary depending on location (to find out more about shipping costs, please contact them at customer.service@i-parcel.com)

All other countries -

    • Shipped through a forwarding company called Global Checkout

    • Most shipments outside the US arrive within 9-18 business days

    • Shipment prices vary as they ship via DHL or FedEx (to find out more about shipping costs, please contact them at customerservice@globalcheckout.com).




Do you offer expedited shipment for orders?

We do not offer expedited shipments. However, all domestic shipments are sent via USPS Priority and transit is usually quite fast.

How do I track my order?

We will notify you via email after your package has shipped. Please save the email address office@upbra.net to your address book so that your email will go to your inbox and not your spam folder.


What is the Upbra return policy?

Of course, if the size you receive does not work out for you, you can always send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date in which you received your original shipment. Make sure the center cleavage control straps are unhooked and bra/swim straps are included for all returns or you will be charged for a 25% restocking fee for damage, missing parts, or signs of wear. Customers are responsible for the return postage to send back any returns, but we cover the shipping cost to send out any exchanges. All refunds will be issued back to the original credit card. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 18 business days for your return(s) or exchange(s) to be processed from the date in which it is received. Items marked as Seconds/Slightly Imperfect Upbra® bras are not eligible for a refund. For more information, click here.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?

Yes, but we pay for the postage for exchanges shipped to you.


When will my return be processed?

Returns can take 2 days to 2 weeks to make their way back to us depending you how and where it was shipped.

Once we process your returns an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow about 15 business days for any refunds to post to your account. For more information about the return process, please click here.
