Making a Return or Exchange? It's simple!
If your order did not work out, we'll make things right in just four steps:
1) Fill out the return/exchange form,
2) Put it back in the box,
3) Use the enclosed label and
4) Mail it back to us.

A few extra details:

All shipments within the US come with a prepaid return label. Put your items in the original box, put the label on the box, and mail it to us (the postage is pre-paid). Make sure the center cleavage control straps are unhooked and bra/swim straps are included. There is a restocking fee for damage or missing parts, so please avoid damage.

Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship your exchange(s) back to you, and 10 business days after receipt for a refund to process. Items marked as Seconds/Slightly Imperfect are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please:
- Return in the original packaging
- Unhook the cleavage control straps (the straps at the bottom)


Return requirements:
To avoid a 25% restocking fee, please make sure returns are:
- Unworn (only tried on for size)
- Unstained
- Unwashed
- No animal or pet hair
- No markings
- No fabric snags
- Returned with the original bra straps


Items Not Eligible for Refund:

- Items marked as Second/Slightly Imperfect Upbra bras/swim.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns sent back more than 30 days after received date.
- Original shipping cost.



Return via the Post Office (US) or IParcel (Outside USA)

Fill out your return form, which was in your package, and located right on the back of the packing list. Package up the unhooked item (so the bra lays flat) that you are returning back, along with the return form completely filled out, and in its' original packaging. Then follow the following instructions based off of where you are located...

For Domestic Returns:
• Cover any old stickers on box -
→ Use return address label (this is not the prepaid return label) which is located on the back of the return form at the top right hand corner to cover up the old label on the box located at the top left corner.

→ Stick the prepaid return label that was included on your package to cover the old postage.
• Seal up the box.
• Drop off your package at your local post office with all stickers adhered. Make sure to attain a copy of the return tracking number for your own records.


For International Returns:
• Cover any old stickers on box -
→ Use return address label (this is not the prepaid return label) which is located on the back of the return form at the top right hand corner to cover up the old label on the box located at the top left corner.
• Seal up the box.
• Go to your local post office to apply the correct postage and mail it. Make sure to attain a copy of the return tracking number for your own records.

Where do I find the return address label?
The return address label is for returns. This a return address label is just in case the package needs to get redirected back to the original sender if there is a problem during shipping. This is NOT a prepaid return label.

Do I have to pay for my return?
For domestic orders, no, there will be a prepaid return label included in your shipment. For international orders, yes, but we pay for the postage for exchanges shipped to you.

How long does it take for a refund?
It typically takes about 10 business days from the day we received your return to process through.

How long does it take for an exchange for U.S. orders?
We usually ship exchange items out in about 2-4 days after we get them. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you. If you need to speed up your exchange's turn around time, we recommend that you send the tracking number to show that the package is on the way back to us. Contact us via email to send us a copy of the return postage receipt or tracking number for the package, and let us know the exact item you would like to get in exchange and when you need it.

How long does it take for an exchange international orders?
We usually ship exchange items out in about 2-4 days after we get your package back. Please remember that transit times vary. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you about the delay. If you need to speed up your exchange's turn around time, we recommend that you send the tracking number to show that the package is on the way back to us. Email the tracking number to us and let us know the item you would like to get in exchange. By doing so, we will be ready for your package and can let you know if there are any problems with the timing that you want.
