Our Return Policy
The following policy applies to domestic and international orders: If the size you receive does not work out for you, you can always send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date in which you received your original shipment. Make sure the center cleavage control straps are unhooked and bra/swim straps are included for all returns or you will be charged for a restocking fee for damage, missing parts, or signs of wear. Customers are responsible for the return postage to send back any returns, but we cover the shipping cost to send out any exchanges. All refunds will be issued back to the original credit card. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 18 business days for your return(s) or exchange(s) to be processed from the date in which it is received. Items marked as Seconds/Slightly Imperfect Upbra® bras are not eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:
- Items marked as "Slightly Imperfect"
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of original received date.
- Original shipping cost.
- Return postage, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Return requirements:
To avoid a 25% restocking fee, please make sure returns are:

- Unworn (only tried on for size)
- Unstained
- Unwashed
- Unhooked (i.e. the cleavage control straps should not be hooked in at all.)
- No animal or pet hair
- No markings
- No fabric snags
- Returned with the original bra straps
- Returned in the original packaging

 

Sending Something Back:

Fill out your return form, which was in your package, and located right on the back of the packing list.

Package up the unhooked item* you are returning back along with the return form back into the original packaging.

Cover any old stickers on box. Use return address label located on the back of the return form at the top right hand corner. Seal up the box.

Go to your local post office to apply the correct postage and mail it back to us.


* Make sure you unhook the cleavage control straps from the center of the Upbra bra so that the bra will lay flat, and all returned bras must include the original bra straps it came with or a 25% restocking fee will be charged for damaged/missing bra parts.

Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, but we pay for the postage for exchanges.

How long does it take for a refund?
It typically takes about 18 business days from the day we get your return for the refund to show in your account.

How long does it take for an exchange for U.S. orders?
We usually ship exchange items out the day after we get them. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you. If you need to speed up your exchange's turn around time, we recommend that you send the tracking number to show that the package is on the way back to us. Contact us via email to send us a copy of the return postage receipt or tracking number for the package, and let us know the exact item you would like to get in exchange and when you need it.

How long does it take for an exchange international orders?
We usually ship exchange items the day after we get your package back. Please remember that transit times vary. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you about the delay. If you need to speed up your exchange's turn around time, we recommend that you send the tracking number to show that the package is on the way back to us. Email the tracking number to us and let us know the item you would like to get in exchange. By doing so, we will be ready for your package and can let you know if there are any problems with the timing that you want.
